Bookings & Cancellations

When making a booking we will hold the item(s) for a period of three days. The booking fee must be paid within three days to secure your item for the hire period. When your booking fee is paid, your booking fee will become the hiring fee. The Security Bond is payable on day of collecting your Hire Items. 

If any cancellations are made within fourteen days of the booking date, the total hire fee will be forfeited. If a booking is cancelled out side this time 50% of the Hire Fee will be retained by Central Coast NSW Wishing Well Hire and the remainder will be refunded to the client within 14 days.

Hire Period

Wishing Wells and Treasure Chests are hired for a Maximum of Four Days. We Require the item(s) to be collected and returned to us by 10am on the agreed dates otherwise the Security Bond will be forfeited.
If your hire item(s) are returned after the arranged date the Security Bond will be retained by Central Coast NSW Wishing Well Hire

All Hire Fees quoted on this Website are Do-It-Yourself 4 Day Hire - You collect and return to our residence

Damages

All item(s) are hired in a good condition. This includes screwdrivers,padlocks, key,buckets and cleanliness of the item(s). The hirer is responsible for the item(s) at all times until returned to Central Coast NSW Wishing Well Hire

 If the Items are damaged or lost the Security Bond will be forfieted and retained by Central Coast NSW Wishing Well Hire

We will not be held responsible for item(s) being stolen or damaged at your event venue 

We will not be held responsible for any Damages or Injuries caused by our Items

Decorating Wishing Wells and Treasure Chests

Our Wishing Wells and Treasure Chests come Plain and Undecorated. You may decorate yourself or have your florist decorate the item(s) but may NOT Glue, Stick or Staple decorations to our item(s)

All Item(s) must be returned to Central Coast NSW Wishing Well Hire in Clean Undamaged Condition that are hired in otherwise Security Bond will be forfeited

Central Coast NSW Wishing Well Hire reserves the right to refuse hire at any time
